“Chakras in Harmony” a guided meditation

The lovely Sarah Harmon, also known in many circles as The Paranormal Sarah, is a licensed holistic practitioner and hypnotherapist that is working toward international certification with hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic studies. She is currently working on her PhD in Clinical/Forensic Psychology.
Sarah is an author, researcher, photographer, as well as a paranormal investigator. She has been a guest on several radio shows and a featured lecturer for conferences including DragonCon.
Sarah’s guided meditation CD, “Chakras in Harmony”, is a collaborative project. Her vision of using her experience and skills as a hypnotherapist to create these beautiful audio tracks, utilizes binaural beats and musical tones to assist the listener with their ability to focus.
This her first meditation CD and it demonstrates skill, compassion, and understanding of her audience. We are proud and honored to have been a part of her passion project.
